Smoked Apple Jalapeno Marinade

  • 3 cups Apple juice
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Old Arthur’s Gold Dust Dry Rub
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped jalapeno

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a gallon sized zip  lock bag.  Add chicken (or pork) and marinate overnight.
